Return Policy

Before deciding if it’s right for you, sleep on your new Kasiemobi mattress for up to 100 days. The 100 days mattress trial will only begin from the day you receive your mattress. However, note that it usually takes time to adjust to a new mattress. Your special Kasiemobi mattress is unlike any other mattress you have ever experienced. Some people love it after the first night while others may take longer. Since everybody has a different body posture, you might need some time to its unique gentle firmness. Besides, since you are transitioning from an existing firmness of your existing mattress, you may experience a few aches and pains when experiencing proper posture and back support. 
 

This is precisely we suggest taking a month at least before passing your judgment. Trust us, you will thank us in the end. In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied after 45 days, we can understand your concern and will promptly proceed to arrange the return of the mattress. No charges will be imposed for the purpose of return pickups or restocking, that’s our promise.
