20 - YEARS MATTRESS WARRANTY

Since the date of purchase, your new Kasiemobi Mattress is automatically covered by a whopping 20-year warranty. This mattress warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the mattress and to all mattresses purchased directly from Kasiemobi. The first purchaser of the mattress from Kasiemobi is defined as the “Original purchaser” for the purpose of this mattress warranty. This mattress warranty applies only to a mattress purchased directly from Kasiemobi by the original purchaser and is not transferable under any circumstances. 

Kasiemobi warrants the mattress against defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“defects”) for a period of 20 years. If your mattress has a defect covered under this warranty, Kasiemobi’s sole and exclusive liability(and your sole remedy under this mattress warranty) will be to provide a replacement/repair mattress subject to the fulfillment of your responsibilities as set forth herein. 

The replacement/repair will be of the same model and size as the original mattress purchased once Kasiemobi chooses to replace/repair the mattress. In no event will a substitution model be used as a replacement except in the case of a discontinued mattress; in this event, a mattress of like build and design will be used as a replacement for the defective mattress at the discretion of Kasiemobi. 
 

3 - YEARS PILLOW WARRANTY

Since the date of purchase, your new Kasiemobi Pillow is automatically covered by a three-year warranty. This pillow warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the pillow and to all pillows purchased directly from Kasiemobi. The first purchaser of the pillow from Kasiemobi is defined as the “Original purchaser” for the purpose of this pillow warranty. This pillow warranty applies only to a pillow purchased directly from Kasiemobi by the original purchaser and is not transferable under any circumstances.

Kasiemobi warrants the pillow against defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“defects”) for a period of three years from the time your pillow is purchased by you provided the pillow is used normally for its intended purposes. 

 

10 - YEARS MATTRESS TOPPER WARRANTY

Since the date of purchase, your new Kasiemobi mattress topper is automatically covered by a 10-year warranty. This mattress topper warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the mattress topper and to all mattress toppers purchased directly from Kasiemobi. The first purchaser of the mattress topper from Kasiemobi is defined as the “Original purchaser” for the purpose of this mattress topper warranty. This mattress topper warranty applies only to a mattress topper purchased directly from Kasiemobi by the original purchaser and is not transferable under any circumstances. 

 

5 - YEAR CRIB MATTRESS WARRANTY

Since the date of purchase, your new Kasiemobi crib mattress is automatically covered by a 5-year warranty. This crib mattress warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the crib mattress and to all crib mattresses purchased directly from Kasiemobi. The first purchaser of the crib mattress from Kasiemobi is defined as the “Original purchaser” for the purpose of this crib mattress warranty. This crib mattress warranty applies only to a crib mattress purchased directly from Kasiemobi by the original purchaser and is not transferable under any circumstances.
